Gallons of milk, Sams Club size Tide container, dead lift the couch.
That or go buy some trx straps, uses your own body weight and its so versatile.0 -

There's every kind of body type you can imagine being built over there...and workouts designed to help you reach any of them. Those guys are flat dedicated to bodyweight stuff. Applied correctly and with understanding of its limits and yours...it flat works.0 -
