Definitely 2 slices! I have the raisin toast it's amazing! I didn't realise how low the others were too, I'll have to make the switch I think. Those sandwich rolls are impressive too for only 100cal, not bad at all. :)

I just had a similar experience, I went on a 4 day holiday where almost every meal was had at a restaurant.
