LOL! Modcloth.com - love that site!!! By request I did open my diary to public. I try and record everything but some days I don't quite make it to tracking dinner. I do a lot of batch cooking/freezer cooking from scratch so I have a LOT of recipes saved that you'll see throughout my diary.

I made a smoothie today with 8oz almond/coconut milk, 2 cups kale, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 tbsp chia seed, and a small banana. I got the One for X-Mas and I love it! For me I find it extremely accurate when it comes to both step and calorie counting. I wear it on my bra strap all day every day.

Way too low. Going by your ticker I'd start with 1600-1800 plus eating at least 1/2 of your exercise calories back.

I run! More of an treadmill/classes girl currently but planning to pick it back up in the spring. Hopefully a couple 5Ks, a 10K and maybe a half in the fall.

I have Mirena, and I do tend to lose slowly - usually between 1/2 pound - 1 pound a week. But my calories are only set to lose a pound a week anyway, so it's pretty on track. Slow weight loss is more sustainable anyway.

I weigh daily, in the morning. I record a "new low" of a half pound or more. Sometimes I wait until I see that number 2-3x before I log it if I have a feeling it might be a fluke.
