Not really. If I did crossfit I would get the 3 month unlimited. So I would go 5 days a week for 3 months. With the 30 day shred I have 20 days left and not sure what I would do after that.

I have a Crystal Light energy drink about 30 min before my workout. It has 120 mg caffeine. It is a powder packet that you add to water. Citrus is my favorite.

I had the same problem. I went to a running store and got fitted for some running shoes. I had to take those back once and got some that I now wear. If you haven't already it might be time for new shoes. Make sure you go somewhere where they watch you run to fit you for the right shoes. Also ice packs or frozen Dixie cups…

I wanted to start out to run so I did but I very quickly got shin splints. I still kept my diet and just walked for about an hour at a brisk pace. I have lost doing that. I still walk briskly a few or more times a week.

I got one and I love it. I am just 7 days into it but really liking it. Gives me a goal to hit. Mine is 3k a day too.
