1550. I usually am a little under that on weekdays, and a little over on the weekend.

You look fabulous! Great job!

I'm set at 1560. Have lost 45 pounds so far, and another 45 to go. Anyone who would like is welcome to add me. :)

I did the same thing. Went from 1240 calories to 1440. I didn't gain, but also didn't lose anything for an entire month. I was just looking at my weight graph/report on here and noticed the month of no loss and was wondering what that was about, then remembered that was when I upped my cals. Now I'm back to losing 1-1.5…

165 lbs. My HR was 174 immediately after I was done.

I know you said people who have lost a lot of weight and logged over 500 days. That's not me...YET, but I thought I would share anyways. I've been logging since April and have lost 28 pounds so far (some before MFP). I have had more success since using MFP than I have EVER had in the past with any other weight loss…

I'm curious to hear any responses- I'm doing the same thing and have no clue what to get. =)

Way to go! I adore the pic of you crossing the finish line of your first race. That pic says it all. You look great, but more importantly, you have your good health. Thanks for sharing your story.

I totally agree with the part about not eating back your exercise calories. I was the same as you, working out 4-5 days a week, eating good and scale wasn't moving. I know that isn't the popular opinion here, but I was desperate, so I quit adding my workouts to MFP, and adjusted my macros to higher protein and lower sodium…

You look fabulous- And I love the dress! I'm looking forward to buying a cute little pin up number from modcloth.com once I lose some more. Great job!

Can't help, just wanted to say the same thing is happening to me. I logged bf and lunch on the computer, then went to log dinner on my phone and there was nothing there. Then at bedtime, it showed some of the entries, but not all of them. Frustrating.

Look at that back! Just the inspiration I need!

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'm afraid to eat more calories- I feel like if I do that, I will actually be over eating since I am completely satisfied now. I do think I need to increase my protein tho. Think I'll start a protein shake once a day. I guess I need to remember and keep telling myself "slow and steady wins…
