  • Our floor is so huge that I would die if I had to walk and chart. Some days all I do is run anyways.
  • Seriously, not bringing your wallet is a great idea! I will often bring my shake in with me but then get hungry and go get food or end up ordering food when everyone else does. I'm going to try this when I got back to work Thursday.
  • I'm very lucky to have my parents who invite us over for dinner when I work, other times I pick up something not healthy on the way home. At work though, I drink a Body by Vi shake for lunch so my calorie count is pretty low throughout the day.

  • I was talking to a friend about this and we think it has to do with MFP taking your weight into consideration when calculating your calories burned, where your (well my) elliptical cant do that.

  • One lady I work with eats hardboiled eggs, good protein and not too many calories. If you dont mind them cold you can keep them in a fridge or cooler until you are ready to eat them.
