  • YES you do! Why did you stop? Do you not like water? lol I drink half my body weight in ounces of water daily which is about 80(10 glasses) and I have to use it ALL the time. But it's super good for you it cleans the body and help you flush out fat. I lost a lot a weight with just doing that alone with healthy eating. =]
