So I've learned my lesson.

I started drinking water frequently about a week or so ago. Had to go to the washroom quite a bit at first, but it settled down. I stopped drinking it for a few days, and now that I'm starting up, it's all I'm doing again!

Therefore, I must drink my water, and stick with it!

  • YES you do! Why did you stop? Do you not like water? lol
    I drink half my body weight in ounces of water daily which is about 80(10 glasses) and I have to use it ALL the time. But it's super good for you it cleans the body and help you flush out fat. I lost a lot a weight with just doing that alone with healthy eating. =]

    im constantly in the bathroom too, but most of the time when you feel hungry, you are just dehydrated, so water makes me fuller faster. thankfully, except for smoothies, all i drink is water, im allergic to caffiene so no tea or coffee, even the tiny bit thats in the decaf still gives me migraines, and i have never liked soda.good luck.

    I will NOT stop ever again! I love water, I don't know why I stopped drinking it. I'm already on big glass 3. Yes, I'm going to the washroom a lot.

  • I :heart: water! I drink it a loooot because I had kidney failure in the past when I wasn't drinking enough water...
    Keep it up dear! It is good for your skin, hair, eyes.... everything!!!
