Make sure that you are getting at least 1200 calories a day. If you exercise that will add more to the minimum required. Finished Day 4 yesterday before going out for a night of league pool. I had so much energy and didn't feel drained like I used to at the end of the day. Finished Day 3 late last night! Endurance is picking up and soreness is lessening. Not very sore today at all!! Gonna have to do my workout early today since I have to shoot league pool tonight! Playoffs! Hope my workout today gives me the energy its been giving me lately!!

I'm glad you said that cause now that I think about it I probably was. That's is one of my favorites on the cardio round! It really gets my HR up and a nice burn in my abs!

Definitely! We'll all get there even though it definitely isn't easy!!! I will say i'm curious/scared to see what their gonna make us do in the second workout. At least by then we will have our endurance up and should be able to take it on!!

I use a HRM also that tells me how many calories i've burned. You click on the exercise tab and then My Exercises under that. You can put the name of your workout, time you spent, and calories burned. I add it everyday.

Actually managed to finish the whole workout yesterday(Day2) after modifying the jump rope and just jogging in place. Had to put my weights down a couple times on the bend and press but I made it through the whole workout and burned 380 calories!! Thanks Val! I did eat breakfast and lunch and then waited a couple hours. I think my failing point was that I only had a glass of milk with my lunch before the exercise. At least I hope. I would hate to have to go through that with every exercise till my body gets used to it.

You know i actually have one of those tools that i used to stir the pasta. lol I've never measured before cause its me, my husband, and our three kids so I've always cooked the whole box since we go through it within a couple days. I'll try and google and see what I can find.

Thanks ladies!! I think I have a good idea now. :) Although half the time I wash the dishes I end up sweating(not all the time) so I'm still a little confused about that one. lol I think that is a good idea though to let my body tell me how "hard" the work is that i'm doing. Jess
