i think i already eat a lot of protein, i eat chicken pretty much every night for dinner and sometimes lunch too so I think I'm ok in the protein area

Thanks for all your replies it makes me feel better. Congrats to you all who were able to get rid of them at least a little bit. I think I'll start doing more squats and lunges! :)

hahah thats true but after awhile your body gets used to it cause your using more of your ab strength and not putting so much strain on your neck, and it works on arms and legs too, i love how toned im getting from it i just gotta lose the fat now lol

ah i usually walk to work so i guess i already got that in lol and ive had some pretty intense pilates sessions so i guess thats good too Thanks!

nice and congratz on your 22lbs! so far I do love her videos and I really hope I can lose weight doing her calendars alone cause after doing her workouts I dont think I can do more cardio after LOL

thank you for all the responses! I honestly didnt think it was possible to lose weight while drinking diet soda LOL I'm glad to know that at least I dont have to cut it out completely! :smile:

oh I didnt know you could do it that way, I thought you had to eat nothing but veggies, fruits, and lean meats

but i thought a calories isnt just a calorie? like if you only eat 200 calories in lets say french fries and 200 calories in veggies, you will lose weight witht he veggies cause the calories in the fries are bad and make you gain weight

may i ask how do you lose weight without eating clean?? Research I've done from trainers and youtube videos etc. they all say you will not lose weight unless you eat clean.

Some people told me that regular dairy milk is high in fat and calories so if I substitute milk with soy or coconut milk instead they say I'm saving my calories and my fat content

haha thanks after working out for awhile I'm slowly gaining confident of my body it just my thighs are stubborn lol.
