Please add me also, I'm limiting my carb intake to under 20 grams a day... 5% , 75% fat, 20% protein. I have a Bullet proof coffee in the morning that keeps me feeling full till I eat lunch then I eat dinner around 6pm. I don't have the urge to snack anymore. I feel it must be the fat in eating. I lost 12lbs in 3 weeks.

The nice part about it is in not hungry usually, the fat I eat keeps me satisfied

I keep my fat intake at 75%, protein at 20% and carbs, no more then 5%. I take bouillon 3 times a day for sodium . I love having steak and eggs for dinner. I have a bullet proof coffee for breakfast and eat 2 meals a day. I feel full all the time.

I weigh once a week, only because daily gains and loses can be frustrating, due to water weight, etc. Once a week seems to show my real progress.
