I used to use 'Udderly Smooth Chamois Cream' which really helped. I'm not sure if you can buy it in the US but they sell it here in the UK so i'm sure you can find something similar if you type in 'Chamois Cream' into amazon.

I still have bread every day, I get told that I eat too much. Maybe if I had cut bread out I would have lost weight quicker. But then again I know that if I had cut it out i wouldn't have stuck to my diet and would have given up a lot sooner and thus maybe not lost as much weight anyway. It's about what works for you.…

I have! Carbs are my love, I just switched to wholemeal bread and pasta but to be honest I didn't really cut them down some days I'd have 2 toast for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner! eat ALL the carbs, just know your limits. nom.

yeah up your cals it doesn't have to be by crazy amounts just 300 or so each day. I had this problem before, when I posted on here after a plateau everyone went crazy telling me to eat more :P [ I was eating 1000 cals a day at this point] I was cynical but it really did work. Are you buying low fat versions of products? If so switch to the full fat, it's a healthy way to up your intake. Also if I was you I wouldn't eat back my exercise calories but instead save these calories for a weekly cheat meal or meal out, that way you'll have something to look forward to.

Your weight can differ from scales to scales. Some scales I weigh myself on are 3lb different so it really just depends. Don't punish yourself because you're 1lb more on the boots scales. It also depends on the time of day you weigh yourself.
