It's not a formal "brownie" but it's "brownie like" haha. I got it from hungry girl.com, it's pretty good. You just take one box of devils food cake mix and one can of pureed pumpkin and mix it together and bake per directions in a muffin tin. I loved it, but I am easy to please. I tried this also with a box of pumpkin spice cake mix-and that one was great, my husband liked it too.

With most brownie recipes you can swap out oil for apple sauce and grated zucchini, and egg for flaxmeal mixed with water. The zucchini and applesauce keep them really moist even without oil (and no one I fed them to knew they were "healthy" until I told them!)

I have made the "black bean brownies" and they were actually really good. Take a one can of black beans (do not drain) and dump them in a blender or food processor to puree them. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water to make them smooth (you do not want any chunks of beans left!). Once they are smooth, add them to a box of brownie mix. Stir and bake in a greased baking pan. They make fudgy brownies. My family had no idea that they were healthy!
