I began the 30DS and did the first 10 days without a break. Then life happened. But I was extremely pleased with the first 10 days. I lost a little over 6" in the first 10 days. I was thrilled. I'm planning to get back on it ASAP. I really enjoy it.

I have only completed level one of the three levels. I stayed on that level for 10 days and lost more than 6". I was impressed.

I think that is fantastic. I ask God for strength as well and also to bless the effort I'm putting forth.

Way to go! That is fantastic!

I measured after doing the first 10 days. I lost almost 8" off my hips, waist, bust, thighs, and arms. I was shocked!! Especially since the scale didn't move at all over those days. The proof is in the tape measure I guess.

Great job! So glad you are seeing successes. There are many more to come I'm sure. Keep up the good work! Good for you!

It is extremely tough when you first start. There is no shame in taking a break. Just do it again and you will get farther each time. I will do day 9 level 1 today. I noticed yesterday that it is finally getting to where I don't feel like I'm going to die in the middle of it. I can already tell a difference in my arms.…

Thank you for posting. I finished day 7 of 30DS today. My scale isn't budging so it is nice to know that others have had success. I'm going to measure after every 10 days. Hopefully I will be able to see results.

I finshed day 6 of 30DS today. I am noticing difference in my arms. I can see some muscles that I have never seen before. However, my scale is not moving at all. I'm hoping I'm losing inches. Will measure after I complete day 10.

I drink approximately 120 oz of water a day. At first it was a bit difficult, but the more I drink water, the more I want water. Now I love it.
-
Are you having any noticable results yet?
-
I am on day 2. However, I'm also doing a Zumba class and a Body Pump glass at my local gym 2 nights a week. I'm hoping I can get through it in 30 days. I can definitely tell I'm more sore today. Hoping it won't be too bad tomorrow and the next day. It made me nervous to even start, but I bit the bullet. Good luck!

You look faantastic! Happy birthday!!

Wow, you look great! I am the same height but started heavier. This gives me so much inspiration. Thank you for posting!

Wow! What a transformation! You look great! Great job!

I eat most if not all of mine back. I believe that is the healthy way to do it, because MFP already has you set at a caloric defecit. I don't necessarily eat all of them back every time but I try to.

Congrats! That is fantastic! Thanks for sharing.

Done. That was a bit tougher than I thought it would be. Thanks!

I'm still learning the lingo here. What does NSV stand for? Sorry for it being a dumb question.

If he is a great guy, then he will lift you up and encourage you as you continue to learn to love yourself. You can put your main focus on getting healthy, but it is always nice to have a cheerleader. Maybe he could be that for you. Like others have said, good guys are hard to find. Believe me, I'm doing the single thing…

Congrats!! You look fantastic!!

Since this is where all the single guys post, just thought I would peek in and say hi! :flowerforyou:

First off congrats!! I started my weight loss journey eating 1200 calories. I'm able to do it because I greatly increased my water intake. I drink half my body weight in water now. Anytime I feel hungry, I drink some water. If I truly am hungry, the feeling will stay, otherwise, my body was just telling me I needed water.…

One more... I had both of my children sans epidural. My second without pain medicine at all until the last 2 contractions. Super mom!! :)

I have a birthmark on my right thigh that looks like a butterfly. And I can't wear sterling silver on my hands. It turns my fingers green and the silver turns black in less than a day. Also the metal on the underside of my watch gets craters in it from my skin. It's like my skin is eating away at the metal.
