Well good to know ..That's what you think . Although I do have co worker taking these drops and they seem to be losing weight .. I'm just curious as to has anyone taken these drops and had good results.

What the NEAT Method .. I have the same issue ..I can go l to lunch and easily eat my 1200 calories w/ no problem ..Any suggestions I would gladly take. I even find I'm going over

I understand what your going through ..I'm back on MFP again ..for the let's hope the last time .. I hope to make my goal weight if I don't give up. But To you I think you need to do something for yourself and maybe look at other stores that appeal to you. I also am also a plus size women
