I'll give it a go... went to the gym yesterday and did about 45 mins on the treadmill started at a 3.0 ended at a 3.5 and did the varying workout where the "terrain" changes - went from a 2 incline up to a 6 at one point. I was tired at…

  • I was wondering the same thing!!! I put it in as general aerobics too... not sure what else to put it as unless I sit and count out every rep of every lunge and all that ... ya know?
  • So, my wonderful boyfriend found an app for my iPod called iFitness. It has a TON of exercises and workouts you can do - complete with pictures & videos. It's pretty cool and I think it was only $2 or $3. What I love is there are specialized workouts in it that you cal follow or you can make up your own. One of the ones in…

  • We made our Thanksgiving turkey in the crock pot... well, our Thanksgiving Turkey Breast. Here's what we did: Layer celery (chopped), onion (chopped) & baby carrots (or chopped carrots) on the bottom Rubbed the turkey breast (it was about a 6-7 lb turkey) with some EVOO and a lil salt & pepper Poured broth (low sodium)…

You go around times with a recovery board…
