I did 30 DS and then went right into Ripped in 30, I would have to say that Ripped in 30 is definitely harder! Both have been shown great results but if you are a beginner then start with 30 DS. Good luck :)

Loved 30 day shred! Did that for the month of February and now I'm onto ripped in 30! Absolutely love her workouts, I ordered a bunch more of her DVDs. So far I have lost 9 pounds in just over a month. So I would definitely push through :) Good luck!

I am on Level 2 Day 3 of Ripped in 30 and I'm loving it! I did the 30 DS right before this, and I think I like them both but maybe Ripped in 30 a tad more! I found that even though I started the Ripped in 30 right after 30DS I was sore sore sore after the first day. So it must have given me a good workout. Same thing…
