Apples and nuts. If i have this 2 thing in my fridge i will eat them no matter what. Even if i have 1kg of nuts (lets say 5700cals ) and 5-6kg of apples(2500-3000cals) i would eat EVERYTHING.

From 28.01 to 08.02 i drunk a total of 10000 calories from alcohol only . I try to run it off but there is no way in hell i could outrun the amount of bad food and alcohol i have consumed. I feel stupid. How the hell didn't noticed this: 13% fat 24% protein 63% carbs !! :sick: I don't eat sugar but will definitely reduce carbs and fruits and add more fat. THANK YOU !
