How are things in the 'ville? I think Michiganders sort of straddle the midwest/Great Lakes regions... we can claim either distinction.

But women who don't have no goals are double-negative women who actually DO have goals.. so that means, um... damnit, I hate when inverted grammar clouds the issue!

...and then burning them all night... logging all kinds of interesting exercise.

Is weight the be-all and end-all? Why did you abandon resistance/weight training last summer? The only other thing I might suggest would be to research (credible sources) high intensity interval training.

Ha! Okay, this cracked me up.

Essentially, they pig out (and cycle 'roids) and just build insane amounts of muscle. It takes calories to build muscle, so they pack on some fat as well. When they cut, they enter into a phase that is, for all intents and purposes, an eating disorder... they trim their bodyfat as low as they can and still be alive. They…

This. Also, go to www.stumptuous.com. Great fitness resource for women (actually for people).

The artwork is nice... the canvas is even better.

I am experienced at both being a male human being and as an athlete and gym enthusiast. I have never... and I mean NEVER seen a woman who was not blown up on steroids with lean legs that were "too muscular" or "too bulky". I've known world-class athletes, including a woman who threw the discus in the Olympics.. yet none of…

Okay, so this answer is WAY better than mine. Evidence.

Despite common overuse of the word, you can't "tone". You can only build muscle OR lose fat (to make existing muscle more visible). You can't make existing muscle somehow tighter. The (sort of brutal) truth is that, in order to make your legs less flabby, you HAVE to lose fat or build muscle. Muscular legs are shapelier…

Jack & diet sounds smart. Remember that weight-loss/fitness is a marathon and not a sprint. One spectacular workout doesn't make a person fit. By the same token, one night could never knock you off the path, even if you decided to eat an entire birthday cake topped with deep-dish pizza. (mmmm.... pizza cake...) Enjoy your…

The dress pic is a total "oh my gawd!" pic! I love watching the progression from overweight to sort of skinnyfat, then you start to REALLY kick *kitten* and get totally buff and hot! Fantastic work! Take it from an old bastahd... don't EVER stop.
