Is this workout ok for beginners? I tried the jillian 30 day shred and made it 20 days and then the holidays hit and haven't gone back. Is the workout similar?

I like Noom Weight Loss Coach. I don't use it for Eating (I use MFP) but I use it for working out. Allows you to use your own music during workouts which I love. Also has GPS system for using outdoors to track your miles. :)

Being a smoker that is trying to quit (on chantix) and also starting to run, I will say it makes me want a smoke less everytime I run. My lungs feel the smoking when I am running which never crossed my mind before. Start slow by walking, to walking fast, to jogging. Or jog for 2 mins walk 2 mins. Every little bit helps.…

Thank you all. I did change the setting to 1 lb a week and it changed the amout of calories for me. It was just starting to get hard when having grapes and it eating up a lot of my daily calories. I mean they are grapes! lol

P.S. I am not losing infact scale seems to be going up (yo-yoing) with exercise.
