Confused
I am confused my BMR states I should eat 1429 calories (thats if I stay in bed all day), but then my goal is 1290. Isn't that starvation? Or is the 1429 to maintain my current weight? i have seen the scale move a little and my BMI, and BF % is going down. I am not sure what to do??

Why?
Why does MFP only give me 1200 calories a day to eat when my BMR is 1457? Is that to include deficit to lose the weight? I thought we were suppposed to eat at least our BMR?
