Help

Help! I need some motivation to get back on track. I had lost 14lbs when I was tracking and exercising. Then I hurt my hand at the tough mudder and was out of commission for a few weeks that has now been months. I feel embarrassed about the food choices I have been making so in turn I do not track and say "I'll start tomorrow!" My clothes are starting to fit weird again. I was doing so well and wish that I could pull myself out and get some motivation to start over!

    To Quote a way overused Nike slogan, Just do it, make up your mind and start, it is never how many times you fall it is how many times you pick yourself back up and start again. You can do this, if i can do it anyone can.

    Why did you stop exercising when you hurt your hand? There are plenty of things you can do without it. You just need to ease back in to it. Go for walks, do whatever it is you loved to do before. Ask yourself why you started in the first place and just start again. The other poster is right. Just do it.
  • For me, id have to try reallllly hard to force myself to do an intense cardio. After im done, something inside me always second questions what food im gonna eat. Is it healthy? Because i didnt wanna do that run for nothing. Something along those lines. Exercise helps alot with mind clarity. It could help start it over again for you
