Here's a mans point of view. We find alot of woman beautiful , but would not want to live with them and have a life. Woman find other men attractive , that does not make them bad either. Be yourself and stay healthy by exercising and staying at a healthy weight. Good luck to you both .

if WW works better for you , go for it. Good luck.

I agree. and only young children at that. BTW Jo, thanks for your serving our country. God Bless .
-
From what I have read , do both. Your body will get used to doing one or the other constantly . One day treadmill, another elliptical. Throw a bike ride or swim in there too. Good Luck

Sorry for your loss. I remember losing 3 family members one year and could not shed a tear. I came home from work one night and was told they had to put my dog to sleep. Maybe she was the breaking point. But losing her was as tough as all the other passings that year, if not more.

I would suggest giving yourself another week of alternating days. When you start weight training you can do cardion on the days you do not lift. 6 days a week is a helluva workout schedule. You will be seeing results in no time. Good luck.

I make a pasta ( penne ) with asparagus and tomatoe sauce. Half an onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, tbs of olive oil. Add 15 oz can of tomatoe sauce. When I throw pasta in water I add asparagus to sauce. Once pasta's done, asapagus should be soft and edible. If not let cook a few more minutes. Enjoy and good luck with weight…

I did not read the other posts. I would suggest a total of 1200 calories a day. If you are exercising , eat 2/3 of the calories burned. Just do not over do it. burning 300 a day is more than enough. Good luck.

I use several websites for ideas. fitbie.msn.com & health.com,

Good Luck . Be patient, you did not gain all that weight in a short time, do not expect it to come off so fast.
-
You should list your ice time. Even after running or weight lifting your heart rate stays up for awhile after you are done. Think of it as a guy who gets 10 minuites of ice time versus a guy who gets 30.

Edamame , celery and carrot sticks. Also smoothie with whey protein and fruit.

What about if you take a few months off for an injury ? When you go back it is like your first time.
-
What about Hangover ?

increase your exercising, and change it up. Not just volleyball. I was stuck for a long time. Increased my calories burned by 20% a week and lowered calories intake by same amount. Tried not to eat my calories burned too. Got to where I wanted to be, but last 2 weeks added 5 lbs from holidays. Here I go again. Good luck…

You are losing fat and gaining muscle. Great Job !! If you lose all the inches you want and not a pound, would you be happy ? I bet you will.
-
Try diced chicken breast with peppers and onions.
-
Try not to go under the 1200 calories. You need the calories for energy that you are burning now, never mind when you start the px90. Good luck

I've been told by doctors I have it, and other doctors that I do not. I go with I do not., Times after exercising I feel like if my heart was a car, it was having a flat tire. I get light headed or feel my heart pounding for long after I am finished. Had test done and they found nothing. Wish you luck and a full recovery.

I know what mfp says, but when i chose not to eat my calories burned by exercise I started losing the last few pounds I wanted to.
-
I use the lower one. I rather be wrong on the side not adding extra calories to my diet.
-
Not many times in life you get to celebrate . Enjoy the wedding and eat and drink. Just do not over do it. Tomorrow begin your diet again. Congrats to newlyweds to be and good luck.
-
Since you hate cardio, try Zumba or something that you like to get heart rate up. I would not be eating the calories mfp says you can from exercising.I did and It helped me lose the last 10. Walking is great too. Each time you do make it a bit faster or longer. Your body will have to give a little more effort each time,…

That's Great. Keep up the good work.
-
I did what Jillian Michaels said without knowing she said it. Took me 2 months to lost the last 10 that now I am shooting for another 5.
-
From what I understand, if you do not eat enough your body goes into starvation mode. Stores food as fat thinking it will not get any when it needs it. Try eating a few extra calories to get to the 1200. Good luck.
-
Congrats !! Keep the pull up bar up. In 30 days you will double up to 6.
-
Try not eating the calories you burn from exercise. Also check your carb & protein intake. You will see results , I guarantee it !!!
