  • a lot of times when I get blisters it's because my shoes are worn out. Hows your shoes? may be time for a new pair. as for running after the blisters, I have had a lot of success with moleskin. You can get it at any pharmacy or supermarket and it works wonders with running with blisters. maybe check that out. sorry man.…

  • option 2 sorry I'm a day late . my wife and I did option 2 and we finished last night. i was all for option 3 but it was a gnarly week for me this week. I barely finished option 2 and i am even counting walking a three miler. so there it is. finished. looking forward to more challenges =)
