I'm proud because for the last month and a half I've been doing tons of strength training and cardio 5-6 times a week for 45-60 minutes and the scale was just increasing (even though I haven't been overeating ...most days. and I eat healthy) and the scale FINALLY! dropped 6 pounds :) Whoo hoo!!

Haha, thanks...it's frustrating when people don't believe the 4-5 pound muscle gain. It's been 6 weeks so yeah, if I have as much protein as I do and I strength&cardio train as much as I do then I will gain muscle. I know it will slow down soon enough.

@UpondThisRock: And I'm not on steroids..nor am I male but my trainer has measuring devices that measure things like body fat %, inches lost, pounds in muscle gained and pounds of fat lost so yeah, I'M WORKING MY *kitten* OFF. :)

Muscle weighs more than fat so you probably gained a lot of muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories they will burn throughout the day. Just make sure your calorie intake isn't more than 1,500 if you really want to lose that much weight that fast. But you won't see a huge change in weight if you gained a lot of…

Thanks. And I have NO IDEA how much I lost. I haven't measured my weight at the gym because I don't want to in front of people. Just not comfortable with that. I toned a lot though so I have a lot more muscle and I'm a lot strong so I wouldn't be surprised if I still weighed a lot.
