    Paavy: Thanks! I spend an hour and a half everyday at the gym and cut the amount of sugar/bad fats I've been eating. I take a break from working out on Saturdays and Sundays (although sometimes I do work out on Saturdays). You'll get there. It just takes a lot of hard work. By the end of the week..I'm beat! It's definitely hard the first month but it gets TONS easier once you have a routine. As long as you don't give up and try hard every day then you will see great results :)

  • Haha thanks and I eat a "taco salad" for lunch a lot but without the shell or anything. So it's basically grilled chicken or beef, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sometimes jalapenos (can't do the accent over that n :( haha) and a little bit of shredded cheese. then for dinner sometimes i'll have the same thing or i'll have grilled veggies and mongolian beef with a little sweet and sour sauce and a side salad. I try to make sure I have protein but I don't get enough during the day unfortunately. Sometimes i'll have thin crust pizza or chicken in veggies and stuff. Low carbs, low fat, and under 1200 calories total....including the gym for an hour and a half.

    And I have NO IDEA how much I lost. I haven't measured my weight at the gym because I don't want to in front of people. Just not comfortable with that. I toned a lot though so I have a lot more muscle and I'm a lot strong so I wouldn't be surprised if I still weighed a lot.
