Lost 1lb. Gave up the scale for June. Not really that happy. Been doing this WOE since the beginning of March. Not going to quit because at least I'm not hungry as compared with other "points based" WOE. Now I am doing IF for July and only going to weigh on Friday. Fingers crossed.
