thanks for the input! ye I did the exam at 8 weeks after labour and my OB told me I could start working out in a slow tempo and just listen to my body.... Thats 3 months ago, I should be ready but its still scary incase im not... I actually moved after that so I dont actually got another OB, not really feeling comfortable…

thanks everyone!!!! Great breakfasts , I still had my cheerios this morning though but Im planning on finishing the whole pack before starting a new breakfast routine. Hi! Id love to know how a 130-pounder eat, but Iam currently almost where you started at ;) 165 pounds.... If you are working out I dont think its a problem to eat more.... Give it few weeks, you might gain weight at first but later go back to losing the pounds again. Congratulations on your weight loss!

I have one similar to the one that you linked to. It feels so good to keep all the fat from moving around, I also wear tight boxers under my running pants to keep my butt/thighs from shaking too much :)
