Go to sleep brush your teeth gargle with some mouth wash (trust me you will not want to eat after that lol) chew gum drink water the list goes on and on I hope this helps :)

You can do it while they are taking their nap or have them "workout" with you. My two year old son likes to jump around and do pushups with me when i workout and its super cute

Its nice to see the numbers on the scale go down but I'm all about the inches.You may step on the scale one wee and see the same number from last week but you may have lost a couple of inches. Yes weekends always seem to be my downfall. I think that it is OK to splurge a little bit as long as you get right back on track. We are only human lol. Just try to drink some water before you pick up the fork, spoon, or whatever so you wont overdo it to much.
