You know, I was always wondering whether or not the apparent "frame" of my body would shrink down as I lose weight, and while I've lost a bit I still wasn't able to say for sure, really, but your shoulders and your arms seem to have come inward a bit as the fat that was pressing them outward is now gone, I guess. And that gives me hope, because I'm hoping the same will happen for me the lower I go.
