I work out 5-6 days a week, but since I am focusing on maintaining at the moment, my workouts are not too intense.

Wow, congratz! Great job sticking with it!

Good work! ^ ^ My proud moment was working out for 105 minutes today. I haven't worked out that much since last year; That means my endurance is building!

I am with you there. Gyms are not my cup of tea; I get so bored working out at a gym. I prefer exercising outside where I can see my environment change as I go.

That sounds delicious! I would guess at least 400. 700 at the absolute maximum

Hello =) I don't really know what my style is, but others have labeled me as "Punk-Goth" with a little Lolita Punk thrown in

You're never too overweight to dance. I know an overweight person who use do it in a wheelchair because she couldn't stand for too long. She would just move her upper body. Then she started shedding the pounds and was able to dance without the wheel chair. If she can do it, you can do it =^ ^=

Sriracha sauce. I love to put it in Pho.

I definitely do, but I still see a difference in my size compared to pics taken of me earlier this year so it keeps me motivated. The snapshots let me know that I AM on the right track ^ ^

These foods work for me: bread, spices, condiments, veggies, cheese, and/or eggs. I'll eat some of these food combos, such as for breakfast, a veggie omelet with toast and cream cheese, for lunch a veggie sandwich with hummus and miracle whip, or for dinner a peppered spinach & parmesan pasta. Bread and eggs are good for…

1) That because I look a certain ethnicity then I MUST be that ethnicity ("Really? You're mixed? WTF.") 2) That because I am a woman I can't REALLY be into videogames/computer games/comic books 3)That because I have tattoos and piercings I must be "kinky" 4) That because I have a mental illness, I must be a deranged serial…

All of those people putting you down for losing weight; I believe they are envious of you, because you are taking care of yourself. That is my opinion. They say your are not successful until people start hating on you... As long as you are a HEALTHY weight for your height, and you are eating right (good sized portions, not…

I have too many favourite artists to count, so I'll go by my favourite genres: Punk (Grunge, Anarchy Punk, Pop-Punk, Celtic Punk, Emo, etc. Not so much of Emo but there are a couple of bands I like), Metal (Nu metal, Thrash Metal, Heavy Metal, Death Metal), Alternative Rock, Hard Rock, Pop Rock, some Progressive Rock,…

I see the exercises that you have been logging and the amount of calories you consume everyday. While you do burn SOME calories cleaning and walking, the amounts you are burning are actually quite insignificant compared to more rigorous exercises. Calorie amounts on this site are actually not that accurate, so to get the…

I am 5' 4", currently 144 lb. and my goal weight is 123. I chose that as my goal weight because between 120 and 140 is a healthy weight range for my size, and I want to stay at the lower end so I won't constantly fluctuate between a healthy and a non-healthy weight while trying to maintain. I will go no lower though.

Most of the time I'll eat foods according to the time of day, but not always. Just this morning I made a cheesy garlic bagel because I didn't want pancakes. Sometimes I will eat cereal for lunch or dinner. I do not really believe it matters. Food is food and calories are calories no matter what time of the day it is.

It is not that you are doing anything wrong. If building muscle is one of your goals, then you are definitely on the right track. However if your main goal is still to lose weight, your exercise routines should focus on cardio, not just muscle building. Cardio (running, jogging, dancing etc.) is what burns the fat and…

You could just be stagnating for a while. That happens a lot. You lose a fair amount of weight and then don't see any changes for a while. I would suggest changing up your workout routines. Even if you are doing more reps, your body can get used to doing certain workouts. Trying a different routine or modifying your…
