I think inches is what is what counts. Muscle weighs more that fat, so the scale might not change much depending on the type of working routing you are performing. Just one guy's opinion.

I make a chocolate protein shake after my morning workout. 8 oz. of skim milk, 1 egg beater, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter, sometimes a pinch of flaxseed, and crushed ice. Can also add a banana as option.

Bob and Jillian rock as trainers. I know 1st hand as I worked out with Jillian on her Wellness Cruise this summer. She is the real deal. I guess that immunity was enticing to some so we will see how that works out for them.

I get up at 4:15 to go to Bootcamp workouts. I wait until right after I finish then I consume a protein drink and a banana to restore protein and carbs. I have determined I will not get up any earlier to allow for food to digest.
