Every scale is different to. My doc once told me that all the scales in her office were at least 2 lb different from each other :flowerforyou: :laugh:

add some nuts... or maybe some dried fruit. I personally like my oatmeal mushy, but the nuts help! *chuckles*

What about spa things. Im sure she wouldn't mind escaping to the bathroom and enjoying a nice bubble bath with some good smelly bath salts and a some lotions.

Try using those stretchy bands... the different colored ones. They will help you tone your muscles and gain some strength and so hopefully you will be able to gain enough strength in your back so that you can go for walks. Yo9u can look online for some exercises you can do with them. I think they are pretty cheap to :-)

Maybe you could mention work with your weight loss... Like for example saying your very dedicating to losing weight and with work you would also be very dedicated and nothing would stop you from getting the job done..

Yes.... Bigger people burn more calories because it takes more effort for them to do "things". I would enter in your age and weight to get a more accurate reading, or invest in a HRM :)

I agree, if your not hungry in the morning you probably ate too much the night before. Try eating a smaller meal for dinner, and by the time you wake up from your sound slumber you'll be ready to eat! :drinker:
