I agree, the scale isn't the best thing to go by. You need to measure yourself ( waist, arms, legs, etc.)

Thanks for your input! I just wanted to see if it was even worth it. I like to make shakes for breakfast so I didn't know if I should just have gotten a bag of that stuff.

I quit drinking diet soda a long time ago but still get my cravings. I just go for sweet fruits instead now.

My boyfriend eats anything and everything under the sun. When I see him go for a bag of chips, I reach for fresh fruit. When he has a large meal I eat a small salad before I start eating my smaller portions. It helps. Good luck!:smile:
