I honestly step on the scale atleast once a day BUT, I take the scale seriously every other Tuesday (so, every two weeks) And I take progress photos every six weeks

:) This is exactly why I had the idea (while walking to work) that I needed two pairs of shoes - one for my everyday stuff like going out with friends, the mile walk to work, etc., and then another pair that I would wear at the gym while I get my sweat on!!

Just turned 26..... Was married, now divorced as of 2012.... NO kids..... Not sure I'll ever do the marriage thing again.... Kids....let's get a steady job first, that has insurance, that I've had for atleast 2-3 years and then we'll revisit the issue

When I go to Starbucks....I just get their Pikes Roast with some sugar-free hazelnut syrup and I bring my own little container of protein powder! It's super fantastic!!

I'm on my 2nd go around of losing too! I lost 30 lbs in the course of 3.5 months back in 2010 but quit because I realized I was doing it for all the wrong reasons!! It took me those three years to put all that I lost back on....and then 20 more! We are little engines that can and will!!
