I figured I'd give this forum posting thing a go tonight....
I've been using MFP pretty regularly for about two weeks now. I mainly use it to keep an accurate record of what and when I eat as well as what kind of basic exercises I tend to do
.
So, here's pretty much my basic information.
I will be 26 in a few weeks and I currently weigh around...220 (I want to say I was pushing 225 about two weeks ago when I started to pay more attention to myself) and I am 5'9". I am hoping to lose a few good pounds by the end of the summer and hopefully be fit enough to run the Tough Mudder in Tahoe come September.
I'm not really sure what else to say about me really....other than HI!
