  • My sister had the surgery over a year ago and lost about 150 lbs. I totally support you and understand that for some it may be or feel like it's the only option. But, you are absolutely right... it is not a cure all! You still have to adjust your eating patterns for the rest of your life. So many don't adjust their habits…
  • BTW... when I put in walking that speed for that length of time, the manual calorie burn states 313... maybe I'm over-eating my calories!
  • I was doing some more checking and the only other thing I found that could be helpful is that most recommended your "gap" between low and high days needs to be at least a 300 calorie difference, if not more. I guess this just adds to the confusion of the system.
