In the show the guy lost 200lbs in only a year and the lady had weight loss surgery. So they both lost weight super fast. Your skin probably wont be that bad. But you will have loose skin. I didn't really like how they looked after the surgery. Especially the lady.

Chobani Simply 100 is sweetened with stevia. It has 12g of protein and 100 calories. I normally eat that and a banana for breakfast when I work.

I just started my diet jan. 1st. For exercise I go on my elliptical for 30mins, I don't work out fast just get on and go. I have bad SI Joints so intense exercise is out of the question. I have lost 6lbs so far with diet and exercising 3-4 times a week.

I love chocolate and found in the frozen fruit section Dole Dippers, they are either strawberry's dipped in dark chocolate or banana slices dipped in dark chocolate. The strawberry comes in 60 cal. packs and the banana 100cal. packs. They taste good and meets my chocolate and ice cream craving.

I have a cheap Elliptical, its the Weslo Momentum 630. Its small, cheap and it works great for me. I'm 5'4 and the stride is perfect for me and its easy to use and its pretty quite. I couldnt afford a big expensive elliptical but this does the job.

I normally exercise before i take a shower, that way i can get all the sweat off me and put on clean clothes and feel all refreshed. I can't stand sweaty clothes or dried on sweat.

How much calories does walking threw semi deep snow burn? I ended up walking for around 30mins in around 6" of snow today, all i know is i was hot from being dressed up in my winter barn clothing and it was a pain. Was a pretty good workout though :tongue:
