  • I agree, there are great blogs here and people do tend to push towards healthier options. But my problem is self control. Counting calories is the easy way out for me. I guess I will have to try to pay much more attention to the other info that I can track, such as carbs, proteins and fats.
  • I hear you about the non wasting family. I hate to waste food, growing up my parents would always remind me of poor kids that do not have food and that I am privileged to have abundance. How can you throw away food? .... so it' s all about planing :)

  • Hi. that sounds good, I am aware that exercise is key...but it is sooooo hard sometimes to fit it in. I might have to squeeze it in before going to work. Three times a week should be attainable:) Does it mean you did not try to restart your metabolism first by eating more? Thank you for the advice.

  • I only weigh myself once a week. I feel much better seeing the difference on my looser fitting clothes :) daily weigh ins have to be frustrating sometimes...that muscle mass weighs more than fat:)
