Hi! I'm in Scotland, got 13lbs to go til goal weight then I'm planning to tone and build muscle. I'm 5'6 and went from 160- 146 :) Goal is around 133!

I quit smoking the same day I started my diet so I'm hoping it will balance out! I'm trying to get fit and after going on my first jog tonight, I'm hacking my lungs up! Keeping strong though!

Hi Sadie! I'm 5'5 (and a half, that's important!) and I'm currently around 160. I'm hoping to get down to 120! In time I hope to start building up so I can run a 10k or maybe even a marathon one day. Any tips would be great since I'm getting ready to start up!
