I have dog issues nearly every time I run. I always carry pepper spray with me. I have never had to use it, but have had to take it out in preparation and the dogs retreated. It would not be reasonable for me to carry air horns, spray bottles, or water bottles on my long runs. It would be to much for me to carry.

When you do high intensity workouts your heart rate will stay higher and your metabolism will be fired up for up to 24 hours after your work out. This is the after burn affect, and is generally due to lifting weights. You got a good workout today =)

Hi there, I am doing both complete programs together. I am an advanced exerciser, and Chalene extreme's workouts are so short I find that doing them together is a nice workout.

I ordered turbo fire last night. I would love to do it with you all. Please add me. Im doing Chalene extreme right now and love it. I plan on doing both programs together. Probably wont receive turbo fire until the end of next week.

I am so addicted to almonds, almond butter, almond mild. Almonds are so wonderful! I eat them on salads with chicken, chicken encrusted with almonds are amazing. make almond butter with it, no need to add anything to it. They are so wonderful!

Planet fitness is only $10 per month. The main thing is get your heart rate up and sweat. Some of the best fitness exercises are using your own body.
