Why do I have a spot in my right chest with no muscle?

In the upper part of my right chest muscle there is a spot with no muscle. It has the diameter of about an inch

    I have that too. It's very prominently indented too. I went to the doctor and she has never seen it before.

    My guess is genetics. I have the same thing. I tried every thing I could think of to fix it. Closer grip on bench, wider grip on bench, heavy weights, light weights, dumbbells, straight bars, crossovers. Nothing fixed it.

    There's no way to isolate one part of one muscle. The whole muscle flexes when worked. Some parts just don't grow for whatever reason genetically.
