i weigh every saturday and regardless of what the scales say that is my "splurge" day!! i have whatever i like, mostly alcohol lol i wouldnt panic about it, try not to do it through the week, keep it for the weekend if possible :-) gd luck x

1 - you should not be weighing daily, it will just drive you mad. 2 - you dont need to eat back your calories after exercise 3 - just take your time, look at all the message boards and get inspiration but please DONT DESPAIR ..... add me x

Hey there.....ive been doing this diet for 7-8 weeks now and have lost 28lb, from 1-7lb a week. I very rarely exercise, sometimes only going for an hour walk on a sunday with the dog so i dont think its the exercise. I have over 100lbs to lose so i know where you are coming from. My plan lets me eat 1650 cals a day, i have lost 26lb in 6 weeks so only goes to show that 2lb a week doesnt come into it.....add me as a friend. ill help anyone out x
