Great job! I'm on week 5 and I only go 4.0 jog so you seem super speedy to me :drinker: ! I love this program, I didn't really believe when I started that I'd be able to jog at any speed for any amount of time more than a minute LOL! I figure I'll naturally get faster as my weight goes down.

So far (i'm only in week 4 c25k) my favorite songs for running are Livin La Vida Loca, and Mambo #5. I also like Running Down a Dream and Every Little Step she takes and Message in a Bottle. Oh and Pink by Aerosmith. I need more though and so am happy of this topic for ideas!
