I don't add a banana because if I'm going to eat the carbs of a banana, I want to EAT the banana! Lol. The protein powder I use is also 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 23 g protein!

On parchment paper, put Canadian bacon down, sauce on it, mushrooms, black olives, top with moz cheese. It's my fave low carb mini pizzas. Look on Pinterest for low carb.. there's a ton on there!! :smiley:

Good luck! My baby is 17 months old & I'm just going to start getting rid of the extra fluff! I'm 5'10" & 186 lbs. I would like to get back down to pre baby weight of 155! Eat great & exercise!~ Sounds easy but you got to make your mind do it too! Haha! :)

I'm currently doing 1200 calories a day only because I make veggie/fruit smoothies for breakfast & lunch. I have a snack in between breakfast & lunch and then between lunch & dinner.
