Hello! I'm restarting my weight loss journey, it'll be nice to have someone log in the same time zone... Most of the people in my friends list are from America! First, let me say good luck :-) it's going to be tough, but you'll get there! And I am also trying to find out what foods are best pre and post exercise. From what…

Hello! I'm also getting back on track. When I joined MFP last year I lost 4kg, then I came home after uni and put it all back on again (and then some!). This time I mean business, and have even started eating some salad (a big achievement for me!). My diary is open and I post regularly. Yes I have cheat days, and no I…

Why don't you do a fish BBQ? They're pretty epic! Wrap fillets of smoked, peppered mackerel in foil and put on the BBQ - amazing! Tuna steaks marinated in lemon and dill and then wrapped in foil and put on the BBQ - very tasty! Salmon terriyaki works very well on the BBQ Sea Bass is a must though!! *Drools!* freshly…

What about an experience day in some fancy cars? I bought my fiancé a session with an Aston Martin DB9 and an Audi R8 and had a hot lap in an Ariel Atom. It was a special offer on Red Letter Days £99 instead of £199 and the Atom lap was £30 instead of £45. He thoroughly enjoyed it! So much fun! I then had a go when it was…

I can do a minute! I'm shaking by the end of it though!! It's hard work!

I started it yesterday too, I can feel it today! Just about to do day 2 :-) Good luck! Take measurements and photos for comparison between pre-shred and post-shred :)
-
I started it today! It wasn't as bad as what I thought it was going to be! Roll on day 2!

My job was a massive factor! It's difficult to diet when you work at a veterinary surgery, and you get clients giving you chocolate and biscuits and (on occasion) even a bottle of wine or two, to say thank you for saving their pet. And especially when it's someone's Birthday, all the client's seem to know too and they all…

I'm pretty sure this dog is having a seizure :\

I got 51, but I think I could have scored better - there was no option for "I don't use any spread on bread" or "I don't drink" (I can't afford it - if I can't buy it, I can't drink it!). Apparently I have a well balanced diet - I just get carried away with chocolate!

Bump. I one day hope to share tips, but I have not succeeded yet. But I do think that optimism is necessary, and belief in yourself that you can do it and that you can reach your target (at least that's what I'm telling myself anyway).

I'm at university studying Veterinary Nursing :) I've added you! Others on here can add me too :) x

Did anyone get caught out by this? http://hbowatch.com/peter-dinklage-april-season-four/ It didn't say April Fools at the top originally! Only right at the bottom, by which point I was too angry and annoyed to read it!

Vegetarian/ Vegan cats. Owners that have pets and can't afford treatment. People that haven't got a clue what or where their indicator is in their car. Parents who can't control their children. People who dress up their pets.

There is no such thing as a vegetarian cat - they HAVE to have meat. They are strict obligate carnivores. They need Taurine in their diet, which comes from meat proteins. A deficiency will cause blindness and heart problems in cats. The protein in dry food, which is often heavily plant-based, is not equal in quality to the…

Cat's shouldn't need to have any added protein in their diets if you feed your cat a Complete diet, if she has kidney problems then a high protein diet is not recommended - however in a perfectly healthy cat, a high protein diet does not harm the cat. Feeding human protein products would be a far too high amount for her.…
