Has anyone used this? If so, have you noticed any benefits? I came across it on someone else's thread so decided to research it. Whilst the studies do seem to report a decrease of fat and increased muscle tone, the results were inconsistent.

I'm loving my new waist line, but my hips are still huge!
Can anyone give me some good exercise tips to blast off unwanted flab on my hips? I've always had a sizable *kitten*, so I don't think that's going anywhere... Healthy evening meals
I need help! I'm not a big vegetable eater, I eat peppers and onion, with garlic, ginger and chili in most meals, and I like sweetcorn... But that's about it! Can anyone recommend me any nice, low calorie recipes that don't really involve veg? I love all meat and fish, and eat pasta, rice and cous cous. Ta :)
