No veg or salad

Hi! Please help me! I need healthy food ideas for main meals... I don't like much veg and I can't stand salad leaves or anything like that (helpful for dieting... I know.)
I do like onions and peppers, sweetcorn, butternut squash and sugarsnap peas/ mangetout. And I love spices, I can't get enough of garlic, chili and ginger. I am a big meat and fish eater, and love rice, pasta and noodles. I cook most of my food from scratch (the occasional jar of something if it's cheap in Tesco!)
Any recipes you can recommend?
I am trying to stay within 1370 calories a day.
Thanks!

Lots of protein then?
Just eat the veggies you like, stock up on those. You could get a veg list and make it a plan to try everything once to see what else you like?0 -

Curries would be a good place to start if you like spices and that sort of veg. You could make a butternut squash curry:

I often make chicken jalfrezi and put loads of peppers in there for some extra veg,
Or a briyani would be a good choice, you could cook in the rice in some chicken stock, then cook some peas, sweetcorn, onion, mushrooms (if you like them) and chicken in a pan with some tumeric, a pinch of cayenne pepper, garam masala, garlic and chilli, then just combine. One of my fave dinners.0 -
stir fry would be good with all those veggies you like...plus some chicken or beef.0

Get a boneless and skinless salmon fillet, oven bake with some sweet chilli dipping sauce on top.
Serve with sweetcorn and mangetout.
Do you like lentils? A homemade dahl with all your favourite spices is hard to beat and not many calories.
Serve with a tikka seasoned chicken breast .0 -

That sounds lovely! I might have to give that one a go! minus the peas and the mushrooms :P yum!! Thank you!! x0 -

You don't have to eat salads.. Lord knows I hardly do.. or any veg for that matter.. lol
Like others said, make stir fry.
Cook some meat, slice it up and put it on a sandwich with a sauce on the bread. Couple veggies/fruit on the side, and your set.0 -
You could try something like this: http://www.thesneakychef.com/ where you 'hide' the veggies in food so you can't taste it....
What I did, though, was to do a juice fast to reboot your palate, so that you can learn to enjoy the more subtle flavours of veggies!
I went from being a pizza and chips guy to a mainly vegan guy in practically no time0
