I got a score of 58 - well balanced diet, but I was told to get more protein, and curb sugar, which I kind of know

Replies

  • I got 51, but I think I could have scored better - there was no option for "I don't use any spread on bread" or "I don't drink" (I can't afford it - if I can't buy it, I can't drink it!).

Apparently I have a well balanced diet - I just get carried away with chocolate!

"You have scored 51 points, you are eating a well-balanced diet, well done." I'm with you laura - I don't eat bread spread with anything either :)

The test defines a serving of vegetables as "2 Tablespoons full." Uh, what? If I get credit for eating 2T of veggies, my mom has some explaining to do. I should have been off the hook for all thost small bites I took as a kid.

I got a 49, but to be fair, the choices were lacking. I was forced to give inaccurate answers to at least half of the questions. For example, I don't even eat bread once a week, maybe more like once a month, and when I do I do not use butter. I am sure I would have a better score if they provided better answer choices.

I had to lie to answer #3 because I find ALL the answers unhealthy - for me. lol...

I had to give answers that were not true on a few others since none of the options fit me. I am happy to say I failed with a grade of 38 because my idea of healthy eating is obviously very different than that of the creators of the quiz. I would never take the recommendations given for me.

They suggest I add a lot of processed whole grain foods, soy, etc. I don't think so!
