Hello everyone. I have been a MFP member for a while been on again off again. I have a friend who has done awesome on the Keto so i have decided to give it a try. Made it through my first day. Any suggestions are gladly welcome and appreciated.

made these last night I used a mini pound cake pans. I got two little cakes. They tasted awesome...I didn't cook them quite long enough..but they were still great. I used Splenda instead of real sugar

I haven't made them yet but looking through the post on this recipe I saw many folks did use regular apple sauce and add cinnamon in. Also some used Splenda and Stevia in place of sugar....I will post how mine turned out after I make them...think I will trow in some chopped nuts..

my first 5K Color Run this weekend to and I will also be doing the one in Nov. I actually walked/jogged this one but look out Nov...awesome how you have a partner that keeps you going...you can't let your doggie down...whoo hoo

Thanks to you all for the comments and you all are right 4 lbs is great and the healthy way. I did go through and "weed" out my list of "friends"....I need constructive and supportive criticism not to be beat up. With that being said....moving on and more determined than ever!

I found phase 1 on Youtube but bought the entire DVD from wal mart.....lets get started

Is anyone here on phase 2...I just did 10 days of phase one and I see a lil difference in tone...I didn't do them consecutive so I am gonna try and do phase 2 the straight 10 days.....
